Bug Report Guide & Template
Before you create a topic, search the forum and the Bug Tracker first - your issue may already be reported. Then use this template to make your report clear and easy to verify. A good report saves time for everyone.
How to name the topic
Short and specific, with the key information first:
[Class] [Spell / Ability] - what goes wrong
Example: [Shaman] Fire Nova totem - stays in combat after the explosion
Report template - copy and fill in
- 1. Class & race: ...
- 2. Spell / ability / item: ...
- 3. Zone / location: ...
- 4. Bug description: what exactly happens.
- 5. How to reproduce: step by step.
- 6. Expected result: what should happen.
- 7. Actual result: what happens instead.
- 8. Screenshot or video: attach it - reports with media are verified much faster.
- 9. Extra info: talents, buffs, combat log fragments, etc.
Important
- One bug = one topic. Do not merge several bugs into one report.
- Write in English. It is the language of the server.
- A report without a screenshot or video and clear reproduction steps may be closed.
- Describe only what you observed - no speculation.
