1. General provisions

OGWOW is a free-to-play private server for World of Warcraft 1.12.1 (Vanilla). We provide entertainment game services at no cost - there are no paid features and no pay-to-win, ever. The project is managed by a private community team.

2. What data we collect

• Account data: login, email
• Technical data: IP address, browser user-agent, cookies, security logs
• In-game data: characters, progression and activity necessary to run the game service

We never collect or store payment data, bank card details or any financial information. If donations are added in the future, payments will be handled by a trusted third-party provider and this policy will be updated accordingly.

3. Purposes of processing

• Creating and maintaining your account
• Providing game access and services
• Ensuring security and preventing fraud and abuse
• Improving the project and communicating server updates

4. Free service & donations

OGWOW is completely free to play, and it always will be. We never sell gear, levels, power or any gameplay advantage for real money - no pay-to-win, no exceptions.

Donations may be added in the future to support the server. If that happens, they will only ever buy cosmetics, vanity pets or a small amount of in-game gold - never power, never a competitive advantage. Any change like that will be announced in advance and reflected here.

5. Cookies

Cookies are used for authentication and protection. You can disable them in your browser, but some features (like logging in) will stop working.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell or share data with third parties, except:

• anti-DDoS and hosting providers that keep the service running
• requests from law enforcement agencies where required by law

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or compatibility of client software and hardware.

The administration is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the project.

8. Copyright

OGWOW is a fan project. We are not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment. All trademarks and game materials belong to their respective owners. Upon receiving a request to remove content, we will review and fulfil it.
