1. General provisions

The OGWOW project provides entertainment game services. The owner wishes to remain anonymous. Contact the administration: support@wowlk.ru.

2. What data we collect

• Account: login, email
• Technical data: IP address, browser user-agent, cookies, security logs
• Transaction information: amount, status, payment identifier

We do not store bank card details (PAN/CVV). This is handled by payment providers.

3. Purposes of processing

• Creating and maintaining an account
• Providing game access and services
• Payment processing and record keeping
• Security and fraud prevention

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed through third-party payment operators (YooMoney / Tinkoff / etc.). We only see the fact of payment, the amount and the transaction identifier.

Refunds are possible within the framework of the law and the rules of the payment aggregator. A refund is possible if the service was not technically provided. Refunds for digital and in-game services after they have been provided may be limited.

5. Cookies

Cookies are used for authentication and protection. You can disable them in your browser, but some features will stop working.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell or share data with third parties, except:

• payment services
• anti-DDoS and hosting providers
• requests from law enforcement agencies

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or compatibility of client software and hardware.

The administration is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the project.

8. Copyright

OGWOW is a fan project. We are not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment. All trademarks and materials belong to their owners. Upon receiving a request to remove content, we will review and fulfil it.

9. Jurisdiction

All matters are governed by the laws of Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved amicably where possible through support: support@wowlk.ru.
