OGWOW - Roadmap

Vanilla WoW 1.12.1 private server. Free to play - no pay-to-win, no donations for power, ever. Donations may return later to support the server, but they will only ever buy cosmetics, pets or a little gold. Never gear, never an advantage.

✅ STEP 1 - DONE: What's already live

⚔️ Blizzlike x1 rates
Kill XP x1, elite kills x1.5, quest item drops x1.5, rest bonus (tavern) x1. Gold, professions, talents - vanilla x1.

🎒 Starter Kit
Every fresh character: 4 bags, 20 silver, potions + Novice's Blessing (+20% XP from all sources for 3 hours). One kit per class/race combo per account - alts of a different class still get theirs.

🚪 Portal Keepers
In every starting zone: teleport to your capital for 15 silver. You start with 20 - your choice: run for free or pay and skip the walk.

🎁 Daily Rewards
Log in daily: food, water, potions, silver. Day 7 gives a Token of Loyalty; two weeks straight = 2 tokens. Miss a day - streak resets.

🏆 Reward Keeper
Spend Loyalty Tokens on vanity pets (kittens, owls, rare dragon whelplings) or exchange: 1 token = 10 silver, 10 tokens = 1 gold.

📈 Weekend Bonus
+20% XP every Saturday and Sunday. Capped - never stacks with the starter blessing, no 44% weekend farming.

⚖️ Fair Play
Characters under 1 hour can't send or trade gold (mail, trade, auction) - keeps the economy honest.

📖 OGWOW Handbook
A readable item in every player's bags explaining all server rules and rewards.

Change your look while keeping your gear - the Appearance Master is now live! Find him right next to the Reward Keeper in both capitals:

🏰 Orgrimmar
Main square of the Valley of Strength - between the Bank of Orgrimmar and the Orgrimmar Auction House.

🏛️ Stormwind
Trade District - right next to the Gilded Rose building, near the mailbox.

🛠️ How it works
Pick the item you're wearing (Slot 1), then pick an appearance (Slot 2) from your bags or the catalog - the two-slot system works just like the official game. Your gear stats never change, only the look.

💰 Price
10 gold per application. Removing an appearance is free. A confirmation screen protects you from accidental clicks.

⚔️ Rest bonus back to x1
The tavern rest bonus has been returned to the factory setting x1 - true blizzlike rates.

📣 How to join
Type /join ogwow to join the World Chat, and /leave ogwow to leave anytime. Send a message with /4 your message.

🌍 One chat, both factions
Horde and Alliance talk together - handy for grouping, trading or just hanging out.

The handbook in your bags now lists every feature - rates, portals, transmog, daily rewards and the World Chat.
